Your satisfaction is most important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Scubamarket, you may return it within 15 days and the product cost will be refunded in full.

It is our intention to provide you with the best quality product, in the most convenient way, delivered to you in the best condition within a reasonable amount of time. If, by chance, you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace this item promptly at no additional cost to you. In this event, Scubamarket will pay the shipping costs.

How to return products
Follow these instructions to return goods:

  1. Damaged or broken goods

    Before returning the goods you must send an e-mail to our customer service at \n This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it with the following data:

    • The order number
    • the description of the item(s) you are returning
    • The reason for the return
    • Your e-mail and phone number

    In your e-mail you have to indicate if you prefer to be refunded or if you want to substitute the damaged goods. You should also specify the credit card account where you want us to refund the money. We will then send you an e-mail with a 'Return merchandise authorization' and instructions on how to ship back the goods. Wait for our answer before returning the goods because we cannot accept any COD (cash on delivery) parcel or any return without a previous authorization.
    All returned goods must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. Return requests may be sent within 15 days of the receipt date. All free items must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. We are not responsible for damage on returned goods. Goods to be returned should be packed carefully.
  2. Other returns

    If, for any reason, you do not want to keep the goods, you may return them and get a refund. In this case you will have to pay the shipping costs.
